MC CASINO'S GAME OF JOKES EXCITES PARTICIPANTS

...AND WHY 2BABA HEADLINED THE SHOW 


The game of jokes recently organised by fast rising comedian in Nigeria, MC Casino in Benin City, Edo State Capital received huge turnout of participants across all sectors of the society.


It was a sight to behold as participants were full of excitements during and after the show.


The show widely acclaimed to be well attended saw people from all walks of life including political elites and traditional chiefs.


In attendance are Representative of the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Rt. Hon. Comrade Philip Shaibu, Chief of Staff to Edo State Governor, Hon. Osaigbovo Iyoha, the Special Adviser to Edo State Governor on media projects, Mr Crusoe Osagie and host of others.


The one in town event was headlined by Nigerian musician, Innocent Ujah Idibia known on stage as 2baba.


A participant who preferred not to be named said MC Casino's Show was "a worthwhile."


MC Casino is a great guy. I was not surprised what I saw anyway. I knew it will be a blast," he stated.

 

Another attendee, Ambassador Jeff Obakpolor who also gave a thumb up for the event said the organisation, security and coordination were superb. 


"It was waoh," he concluded.


In a post interview of the talk of the town show, MC Casino, said the event was primarily organised to put smiles in people's faces.


The historic event, according to him,  sold over 100 tables, the attendance cut across all sectors."


He appreciated God and all the sponsors for making the event a success.


The Benin based comedian also spoke gloriously of Innocent Idibia nicknamed 2baba who headlined the show.


He said he decided to choose the artiste to headline the show following his (Idibia) long standing successful career in music.


His words, "No doubt, Tuface is one of the famous pathfinders in the business of music. The longevity of 2baba in the business of music cannot be faulted. He has music that can appeal to both the young and the old.




MC Casino whose real name is Lawrence Osarenkhoe has indeed made name for himself in the entertainment world.


He said "In subsequent editions, I am looking forward to using another legend in my show. I want to use artistes that are truly talented and  not 'one hit wonder artiste'.

 The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has said that the state government will pay government workers salaries on June 14th ahead of the Sallah celebrations.
